Active participants
The International Summer School is aimed at students at German and international music colleges, conservatoires and universities, as well as at young professional musicians who wish to prepare for auditions, competitions, recordings, exams, etc., in a focussed way. It offers students four guaranteed hours (à 45 min) of individual tuition. There is no age limit.
Passive participants
In 2020, passive participation is unfortunately not possible due to the corona pandemic.
Application
Please use the application forms to apply and note the included checklist. Applications may be made via e-mail by contacting the e-mail address given under contact. Application forms must also be sent by post with an original signature. Applications for active participants will only be registered when e-mail and letter have been received. Due to the uncertainties caused by Covid 19, please pay the registration fee of 50 euros only on request, from 1 July. Bank transfers made in advance are non-refundable. The remaining payment is due from active participants upon acceptance. There is no guarantee of acceptance; selection of applicants will be made by the lecturers and is irrevocable and final.
Please apply as early as possible, as applicants of equal ability will be considered in the order of receipt of application. Successful participants will be informed at 27 July at the latest. After the closing date for applications, late applications will only be considered if there are still free places.

Registration fee
50 Euros

Course fee
500 Euros
for active participants (only payable upon acceptance)
(For students at the Hochschule für Musik und Theater München, active participants pay a course fee of 400 Euros.)
